Tilapia with Capers



6 ounces tilapia fillets (U.S.-raised)
1 tablespoon capers
4 teaspoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped red onion
2 teaspoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon olive oil
¼ teaspoon salt
Dash black pepper
2 cloves fresh garlic, minced

Yield: 2 Servings


Preheat oven to 375 F. Rinse fish and place in glass baking dish. Mix all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and pour over top of fish. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 - 17 minutes. Do not overcook.
