2 medium pork chops, each 5 ounces raw
1/4 cup dry white wine or Vermouth
1 bay leaf
2 celery leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
Yield: 2 Servings
Butter a baking pan and place the pork chops in it. Preheat oven to 375° F. Press a clove into each chop. Add white wine, celery leaves and bay leaves and put in the preheated oven. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake for 30 minutes.
