Orange salad with cinnamon


Serves 4


4 oranges, peeled and cut into thin slices (pits removed)
3 tablespoons orange blossom water
1 tablespoon honey
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Fresh mint


Put orange slices on a serving plate. Mix orange blossom water with honey. Pour over orange slices and sprinkle cinnamon. Decorate with mint. Serve cold (1-2 hours in the fridge will do). For a fancier dessert when entertaining, you can serve with slices of gingerbread and some ice cream (vanilla, pistachio or chocolate work best).
