Vacations are meant for relaxation, rest, recharging, but for many people even on vacation busy is in…from looking to get your seat at the beach to visiting a site to planning the day to any kind of agitation. Doing nothing exposes us to an anxious dizziness facing vacuity or the “vanity” of existence.  When resting totally/fully we feel our void, dependence, powerlessness. Only when on vacation doing nothing can we go to what’s essential and become aware of life’s brevity.
