Figs with Ricotta Cheese and Wildflower Honey


Paired with a dollop of ricotta and a stream of honey, ripe figs make a heavenly dessert. Ricotta cheese is most flavorful served at room temperature.


12 large figs
1 pound fresh whole milk ricotta cheese, at room temperature
6 tablespoons wildflower honey

Yield: 4-6 Servings


Quarter figs and arrange them on plates. Add a spoonful of ricotta to each fig and a generous drizzle of honey.
