Spring Peas with Pearl Onions

1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup pearl onions
2 cups fresh peas, shelled
1 tablespoon herbes de Provence
Salt and freshly ground
Pepper

Yield: 4 servings

Recipe

Warm the oil in a saucepan over low heat. Add the onions, peas, and herbes de Provence. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve immediately.
