Chocolate mousse with tofu

Ingredients

7 ounces dark chocolate
14 ounces silky tofu
2 egg whites

Recipe

Melt the chocolate, then mix well with tofu until smooth. Beat the egg whites till soft peaks form, and gently fold into the chocolate tofu mixture. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Yields 8 small servings (eg. shot glass sized) or 6 larger servings
