What She's Working On Now...

My newest book, released in October 2009, is entitled Women, Work & the Art of Savoir Faire: Business Sense & Sensibility (Atria 2009).  

Right after stepping away from the corporate world, I wanted to share some of those many years of lessons learned (many the hard way) as a businesswoman toward making it easier for others to see and know themselves and handle work and life effectively and pleasurably.  And there just are not many books on business written by a woman with women in mind.  And what I have written is in the style of my previous books, with personal stories that illustrate what I believe are valuable insights toward the workplace and beyond.  There are even a few recipes.  Now, that’s a business book like no other. 

And speaking of recipes, my next book, due to be released in April 2010, is The French Women Don’t Get Fat Cookbook, which by popular request will include 150 new recipes. 

And last but not least, Hilary Swank's production company bought the film rights to French Women Don't Get Fat; the plan is to make a romantic comedy with my famous French lifestyle message. The script is being adapted and should be ready soon. Stay tuned!
