Olive bread recipe?
Does anyone have a tried-and-true olive bread recipe? Mireille mentions it in one of her books (I read them all in a row, sorry, I cannot remember which one specifically!) but she did not include a recipe in any of the books... It sounded intriguing, and I am going to start baking my own bread again, I thought I would start with that! =) Erin

Hi Erin
Check out any book by Martha Rose Shulman,as she is vey likely to have one.In fact I believe it may be in Mediterranean Light book. She also has a whole cookbook about bread. What a fine idea to bake your own bread. Please, tell us how it turns out.OXOyogamomma

I made it!
And it turned out GREAT! Even my 9 year old liked it! Here is the recipe I used (google is such a wonderful thing!) http://1greengeneration.elementsintime.com/?p=1056 I served it with Chicken Tatin, which together was a little starchy for my liking, but now I know how easy it is, I will probably make it again when I am serving steak or lamb next time! Next - croissants! LOL Blessings, Erinyogamomma

Thank you! I will! If it turns out, I may tackle croissants! My best friend as a child has a father from France.... He used to make the best croissants. Nothing around here (Oklahoma) even comes close! ;).
