Meal Plans à la Frenchy
I am looking forward to at least trying some of your recipes! I am on post-holiday Budwig détox at the moment, interrupted by a yoghurt shortage, dinner out, a spider bite, my piece of orange roughy being misappropriated... I will really be able to enjoy the flavors when I get through this. LorraineSt.TropezChic

Merci Beaucoup
Deborah, those lunch menus look amazing! Can't wait to try! Should people comment on this thread to avoid dissecting the menu thread? Thanks again! Lorrainefrenchy

Yes please!
I was hoping we could do that so as not to disrupt the flow of the menu plan. I will do a separate thread for the dinner. I am so glad someone has seen them! This is really quite thrilling for me.Vintage1944

Thank you
Merci Jean. I would also like you to know that you can vary the bread. If you like wraps by all means use wraps. They also work well in Romaine leaves rolled or folded. More to come later today and a few dinner ideas.Vintage1944

You can also stuff the tomato with the tuna mixture. I will have the next group in about 2-3 hours. Dinner thread will also be coming at that time. The tofu and bok choy is a fave!Vintage1944

Bon soir everyone
Good evening everyone. First let me apologize for missing an ingresient in the spaghetti sauce and that is the basil. You may use fresh at the end of the cooking process prior to serving or dried at the beginning of the cooking process. I don't know what I was thinking in forgetting this crucial ingredient. And the chicken parmesean that I had for dinner tonight was vegetarian...another Quorn product. I hope you can get these where you are.Vintage1944

Clarification
On the old website, there was a recommended weekly meal plan for each day- breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It was great because you could either eat exactly what was planned for the day, or tweek it to your liking. Very convenient feature!mcormier

Miss the Menus, too!
I too, miss the weekly meal plans...they were very helpful...and sometimes just what I needed to "inspire" me to eat well. Please bring them back!!!frenchy

I am so sorry
for not being able to keep up with regular menus. While working as a teacher, during the school year it is hard for me to get them mapped out. Summer is fast approaching (3 and 1/2 days left) I promise I will have more menus for everyone. Please forgive the delay. I would like to have it set up where breakfast lunch and dinner are all there for each day. These will be "working people" friendly. I just look at some menu plans and shudder. They seem to be made for people who have no job and a personal chef. Sunday will be the exception as I love Sunday dinner ala family. I will post a new thread under the Recipes section titled Menu.Marilyn

Wonderful
So glad you will be back on the menu track this summer. I don't know how you manage to fit everything in with your busy life. How will you fit in studying next year? Enjoy your summer break and RELAX!!frenchy

I have a ton of meal plans. I also have meal plans for the vegetarian as I used to be veg. Will explain that one later.Vintage1944

You're here!
I had no idea anyone else was on now. Wonderful to hear from you. Give me a day or two and I will begin a new thread called Le Menu. It will have meal plans and I'll have to dig for the recipe you are looking for. The thread will be placed in the "Recipes" column. Have a wonderful Sunday. What are your plans for today? I have to take some clothes back to a shop and get different sizes. I profane of dressing rooms. Much prefer to try on at home with appropriate shoes, shirts...I have a ton of tofu recipes.Vintage1944

The Crack of Dawn Gang
That would be us.LOLMy MacKie had me out early. Thanks for this.I will look forward to it.What a smart idea to try clothes on at home....I,too,!@#$%^&^** dressing rooms.Today,it is laundry, and then work(sob) at 3:15 -11:15.It is a very unpleasant place to be at the moment.People are extremely ill and that means a lot of screaming, threats and some physical aggression. But we will work as a team and folks will get better and become the lovely people they really are.JeanSt.TropezChic
