MBC
I do a kind of deconstructed MBC. I like a bowl of greek yogurt with blueberries, sprinkled with Grape Nuts cereal. It's not exactly the magical recipe, but I'm allergic to nuts also, so it's my way of having the healthy properties of MBC without the nuts. ~Cheers~ DebJSB
