We French take our favorite foods very seriously. The colors and smells of certain foods evoke memories, transport us back to our favorite seasons and remind us that food is a total sensory experience. These are just a few of my favorite foods.
French women choose their own indulgences and compensations. They understand that little things count, both additions and subtractions, and that as an adult everyone is the keeper of her own equilibrium.
