Grilled Spring Lamb Chops with Mint Marinade

This simple tasty dish will be ready in 40 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

2 uncooked lamb chops, 3.5 ounces each
Salt and freshly ground pepper

Yield: 2 Servings

RECIPE

Lay the chops in a baking dish.

If using the Mint Marinade, then spread the minty paste on each side of the chops, season them with salt and pepper, and let marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Otherwise, salt and pepper to taste.

Broil or grill the chops 3 minutes on each side for medium-rare meat. Serve immediately.
