Since my kids are grown and have significant others, I keep Easter Brunch easy with a buffet of goodies. Bagels and fresh smoked salmon, hard-boiled Easter eggs, Polish sausage with beet root horseradish, from our wonderful Polish butcher, Placek with organic butter, cheeses and fruit. Dinner will be flexible as well to accommodate my "open house" style holiday. Homemade lasagna, antipasto platter, fresh bread with organic butter, roasted asparagus. Dessert will be Easter chocolate, fruit and cheese platter. A robust Malbec or semi-dry Reisling to go with the meal. Happy Easter! :)

No idea yet
I haven't decided yet on the Easter menu but it will not be lamb as I dislike it intensely, the smell, the taste, the texture, sorry all lamb lovers. A lot will depend on the weather as we are having a spate of really warm sunny days. Fish will be on the menu somewhere and possibley ham or chicken. I have a 'tarte d'abricot' in the freezer ready for cooking.

Fish type
What type of fish for Easter? Sounds like a nice "protein" option for those who may not like meat.
And the "trate d'abricot" sounds delicious! Please post a picture of it before you enjoy :)

In the end
In the end we had hot smoked salmon on Good Friday and then sirloin steak on Saturday (OH cooked) both with new potatoes and various veggies. Lovely new British asparagus with the steak was one of them. The tarte d'abricot is still in the freezer!!

Not sure
I had wanted to try lamb, but, at $13/kilo, it was a little out of the budget. I will probably go with my family's traditional Easter dinner of roast beef with Yorkshire pudding.
I checked out this website, Twinklebree. It's great! Thanks... and your dinner sounds fantastic! Have a Happy Easter. :)
