INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Pinch basil, dried
1/4 teaspoon salt

Yield: 4 Servings

In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients and serve.
