Chicken Salad
INGREDIENTS
Roasted chicken breast, 4 oz, chopped into small pieces
2 teaspoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon chopped red onion
1 small stalk celery, chopped
1 teaspoon capers
Salt and pepper, to taste

RECIPE
In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, mustard, red onion, celery and pickle. Add chicken and mix thoroughly. Salt and pepper to taste.
